At Paralloxx, we are committed to providing high-quality jewelry and excellent customer care. Your satisfaction matters to us, which is why we offer a 14-day guarantee. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please reach out through our Contact Page so we can assist you.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, your order may already be in processing, and we may be unable to cancel it. If you cancel within 24 hours, your refund will be issued within 10 business days.
Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Returns outside this window, or items returned damaged due to wear, misuse, or alteration, will not be eligible for a refund.

Unauthorized returns or those not meeting our policy may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.
To begin a return, please email us with your order number and reason for return. Our team must approve all returns before you ship them back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once your return is received, please allow up to 10 business days for inspection and up to 40 business days for your refund to process. Refunds will be issued in USD ($) to the original payment method. Customers are responsible for any bank fees, exchange rates, or transaction charges.
Damaged Items
All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage in transit. Please note:

Damage to packaging (such as boxes or wrapping) is not considered product damage if the jewelry remains in good condition.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos attached to your email.

Approved claims will be eligible for a replacement at no cost. We do not issue refunds for items damaged from normal wear and tear or misuse.
Shipping & Delivery
We do our best to deliver your order promptly, but we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other circumstances outside our control. Once shipped, Paralloxx is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. For delivery issues, please contact the courier directly with your tracking number.
